Return Policy for Forward the Line Clothing (Forward the Line, LLC)
General Policy:
No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind: Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the order was placed incorrectly or if the customer changes their mind.
Modifications: Changes to size, color, shipping address, or order cancellation must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement without penalty. Please note that this is a very strict policy. Once an order enters fulfillment (approximately 24 hours after order processing), the sale is final.
Damaged or Manufacturing Errors:
30-Day Policy: If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of Issue: Please submit clear photos showing the damage or defect via email, including the order/invoice number. For issues affecting multiple items with the same design, provide additional photos or a video where all affected items are visible in one frame.
Resolution: Upon verification, we offer a replacement or a refund:
Refunds: Will be processed through Squarespace Payments to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, although this may vary depending on your bank.
Unsuccessful Deliveries:
Reasons for Non-Delivery: Non-delivery can occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or loss in transit.
Notification: We will notify you via email if there's a delivery issue, providing updates or requesting further action.
Returned Items Due to Customer Address Error:
Reprint and Reship: If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, you can choose to have it reprinted and reshipped. You'll be charged for the item's cost to cover the reprinting. We will bear the new shipping cost. You must decide promptly after notification, and the additional charge will be invoiced.
Partial Refund: Alternatively, you can opt for a 50% refund on the item's purchase price, excluding the shipping cost included in the original price.
Resolution for Our Error or External Issues: If the non-delivery results from our mistake or external factors like loss in transit, we will either reattempt delivery at no extra cost to you or provide a full refund, including the initial shipping cost.
Customer Responsibility: Ensure your address is accurate at checkout. If there's an address-related delivery issue, contact us immediately to update your details.
Design and Quality Standards:
Print Quality: We strive for precision in our designs; however, minor variations in the exact placement of prints may occur. These are not considered defects but are part of our commitment to handmade quality in each piece.
